DD.NYC® crafted a bold, cohesive visual identity, blending sleek packaging with strategic branding and digital storytelling. The primary visual motif is a venomous snake, representing the paradoxical concept that poison can also be used to create an antidote.
The Antidote project by DD.NYC® is a creative exploration in branding and product design, centered around aromatic candles. This project draws inspiration from alchemical themes and the dual nature of poison and cure. The primary visual motif is a venomous snake, representing the paradoxical concept that poison can also be used to create an antidote.
Each candle in the Antidote line is connected to the mythology of venomous snakes, with product names reflecting different species and fragrances inspired by their native environments. A standout design feature includes snake-skin patterns on the packaging’s interior, along with lid perforations that resemble fang marks, creating a tactile and symbolic consumer experience.
This unique narrative approach aims to captivate customers by combining storytelling with high-end craftsmanship, inviting them to engage with the brand beyond the surface level. The project is a testament to DD.NYC®’s ability to blend intricate branding with sophisticated design strategies.
