Discovery
Research
We begin each project with meticulous research. We look at comparables within the industry, understanding their features, ideas, and what makes them effective. In this discovery phase, we determine the best course of action for your app’s market success.
Knowledge Transfer
We begin the process with a confidential knowledge transfer – understanding your business, its ideals, and its intentions is critical for us to capture authentic designs. Working with market research, we gather the necessary information to craft your perfect app.
Strategy
After gathering this information, we brainstorm with you about strategic directions for designs, features, and goals. We define the user roles, goals, and desires to narrow the range of ideas into a streamlined design plan.
UI/UX Design
User Interviews
We begin any design process with the user. We interview existing customers to understand your existing product’s strengths and weaknesses. After, we trial low-fidelity wireframes on your users to make appropriate edits for the new app.
UX Design
A succinct system architecture is a foundation for successful UX design. We leverage your user feedback to develop an optimal design experience designed specifically to help your target user find exactly what they need in as little time as possible while falling in love with your product.
UI Design
Once UX is complete, our branding/UI designers collaborate to beautify and add your brand aesthetic onto the naked wireframes we designed. Our designs are practical and easy to navigate. We use a modern design approach to create a satisfying experience for your users.
Prototype

Agile/SCRUM Cycle
Our development cycles are organized in Agile/SCRUM, inspiring productivity and collaboration. Throughout the process, we help devs arrange weekly/bi-weekly sprints – providing them with any outstanding designs or explanations needed for the features and screens being built that week.
Demo Day
At the end of each sprint, the team conducts a demo day – a chance to explore what the developers have created. We involve your team and walk through our progress, providing an opportunity to review the development, think forward, and visualize the intriguing ideas created in the UX design process.
QA Testing
Quality Assurance (QA)
After the app is developed, we utilize QA testing to ensure they’re the app development is solid and no issues are found. We address bugs, mistakes, feedback, and other miscellaneous issues, ensuring the final product perfectly suits your needs. On launch day, we provide full support for maintenance, bug fixes, and other issues that may arise.
Iteration
Our UI/UX designers will be available for further iterations or additional feature design and development once the product is launched on the market and encounters real users.
